Abandoned School House and a Comfy Chair
I originally shot this old school house interior and broken chair back in March of 2012. My wife and I were taking the backroads in northern Illinois somewhere near Rockford when we passed this old building. Of course, I immediately hit the brakes and turned around and started shooting.

Late Afternoon at the Lighthouse
This is the North Point Lighthouse in Milwaukee’s Lake Park along the bluffs overlooking Lake Michigan. This was not what I was planning on shooting but wow, the light was so sublime that I just had to stop . It was almost as if the sun, clouds, and lighthouse were calling to me
