Zero Zilch Zip

My mind was a creative zero today.  Nothing. Nil. Nada. Zilch. Zip.   I had a few shots in mind, but nothing really worked and I never felt the inspiration.  But that is OK.  After 212 days – today is day 213 – it was bound to happen again.  As they say in the movies, tomorrow is another day.  And it is also a new month.  So I’ll have a new empty folder in Lightroom to work with.  A blank slate to fill with all of things I’ll see and create tomorrow and the rest of the the month of May and beyond.

As for today, an old round piece of a yellow gel will have to do for the image.  Round for nothing.

Day 213 of my 365 photo a day project.

Emotion. Mood. Feelings. This is what I capture through my photographs. Whether it is landscapes, architectural elements, still life, or macros - it is a very personal journey as my own fears, triumphs, beliefs, and shortcomings are exposed with each photo. In the end, it is all about telling compelling stories.
