Half a face, outdoors – just a simple self-portrait taken on a nice bright and sunny March day. I’m not happy that I must wear glasses when I read and work on the computer these days, but I have to say, I do like the way I look with them on. Not quite a fair trade – good eyesight for somewhat better looks (debatable) – but it’s what I got, so I’ll take it.
The image has very simple processing. I cropped to the 2:1 ratio. Then ran the photo through Nik Silver Effects (now free!!) for black and white and Topaz Impression for the charcoal look.
