The tomatoes are beginning to turn red in our garden! Since we lack proper space to garden in our yard, our neighbor graciously offered some of her space for us to use this year. So we have tomatoes, a few onions, a few carrots, and some herbs over there. These three little guys are some of the first “fruits” of our (ok, mostly my wife’s) labor. If you have never had a fresh-picked tomato, you are missing out – they are just delicious! With some garden fresh basil, mozzerella, salt, and a bit of balsamic vinegar, these will make for a nice caprese salad. Maybe I’ll take some photos of that too.
