Merry Go Round

“If I had my life to live over, I would start barefoot earlier in the spring and stay that way later in the fall. I would go to more dances. I would ride the merry-go-rounds. I would pick more daisies.”
–Nadine Stair

Next time you are in the park take the time to ride the merry go round (at least a couple times around).  Fly high on the swings.  Climb the ladders and zoom down the slides.  Swing across the monkey bars.  No matter how old you are, how old you feel is in all your head.   So get outside and take the time to let go of your worries and play!

Day 266 of my 365 photo a day project.

Merry Go Round
Merry Go Round

For this shot, I used a 10-stop ICE ND filter.   As a result, the long exposure gave me a nice blurred merry go round.

Emotion. Mood. Feelings. This is what I capture through my photographs. Whether it is landscapes, architectural elements, still life, or macros - it is a very personal journey as my own fears, triumphs, beliefs, and shortcomings are exposed with each photo. In the end, it is all about telling compelling stories.
