While trying (and failing) to create some sort of folded/creased sculptures, I happily discovered this composition of crossing lines on one of the discarded pieces of paper.
“Man cannot aspire if he looked down; if he rise, he must look up”
“The human body has two ends on it: one to create with and one to sit on. Sometimes people get their ends reversed. When this happens they need a kick in the seat of the pants.”
Curved lines in the architecture of the Milwaukee Art Museum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
“Expect nothing. Live frugally on surprise.”
I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
“Beauty is the only thing that time cannot harm. Philosophies fall away like sand, creeds follow one another, but what is beautiful is a joy for all seasons, a possession for all eternity.”
“The straight line belongs to men, the curved one to God.”
“ TELEPHONE n. An invention of the devil which abrogates some of the advantages of making a disagreeable person keep his distance.”
